Lila 5 yrs (L)

Annabelle 5 yrs (A)

Emily 5 yrs (E)

Blaine 5 yrs (B)

Callum 5 yrs (C)

Harrison 5 yrs (H)

Lila, Annabelle, Emily, Blaine, Callum and Harrison sat on a bench out side the office.
The girls huddled together scared and the boys pretending not to be but deep inside they were terrified.
L: "how much longer?" she asked her throat tight
A: " i dont know Lila" i said sadly
E: "Keep quiet so we dont get in trouble"
B: "We wont get in trouble"
C: "I hope we wont."
H: "Shhhh i hear someone coming "

all six kids now clung together terrified

Anna:
I walk into the waiting room from inside the building. I look up and see 6 little kids huddled together, terrified. I gasp. "Oh!" I walk towards them. "Are you all okay?" Then I think, Well, that was a stupid question. Then I ask again, after counting that there were 6 of them. "I won't be angry with you, I promise." I kneel down and smile at all of them. "What are your names? I'm Miss Anna."

Lila, Annabelle, Emily, Blaine, Callum and Harrison
L:" Im lila, this is annabelle emily blaine callum and harry" i said softly
H:" Harrison i am" i said correcting her

I have to smile at their cute little voices. I say, "Do you want to come inside? You can all share a room if you want." (do they have any belongings)

( no they dont but when adopted need to be slpit in to groups of two a girl and boy to a group the only stuf they have if the clothes on their back)
The kids stood nad followed her

the three girls clung to the three boys as they followed Miss Anna.
L: " Mer mer miss anna...........what did we do?"
A: "Were we bad?"
E: "Where will we live?"
B: "Why did our mommies not want us?"
C: " I hate my mommie"
H: "where will we sleep?"

the questions all came at once as the kids drew together

I smile. "It's okay. You didn't do anything wrong. We are just going to keep you all here so you can have food and rooms and soft beds. I don't know why your mommies didn't want you all. You're very cute." I look at their sad clothes. "And we'll have to get you all some new clothes probably too."

huddled together we nodded.
E: "I wike shopping"

I smile. "You can go shopping for new clothes soon, Emily."

the girls smiled and the boys claped high 5's and then settled in the play room with summer

I smile. "Do you all want to play in here for a while?" i ask them.

(lol sorry they were playing earlier before you came on with summer)
We all nod

(oh ok)
I grin at them all. "When you're done just go through those doors right there, and I'll take you to your rooms, okay?" I said pointing to a pair of doors.

Callum nodded and said "ok"

"Okay. Have fun." I walk through the doors, leaving the kids to play.
