Miley comes back home

I dismounted and led Moon to the tack pole in the shade and gave her a bucket of water. I looked into the sky at the blazing sun and then looked at the thermometer, 103 degrees. I shook my head and pat Moons neck

M:I snort at her and keep drinking. Then i whinney and knock the rest over her, cooling her off.

I laugh and kiss her soft muzzle, "I wonder where mom is?"

S:I come outside onto the wraparound proch. "Hey Miley!" I called. "Come inside when your hungrey."

I smiled and fed and watered moon before running into the house.."Mom?" I asked

S:I walk into the room, holding a plate of ribs. "Hungrey?"

My eyes widened andI rubbed my stomach. "For sure!!! But...can I ask you a question first...?"i
