i closed my eyes as well still holding her and fell asleep

i fall asleep

i woke the next morning got out of bed and got dressed put my boots on and grabed my hat and walked out the door to tend to the horses

still sleeping

i pulled ace out and smiled tacking him then i got Duke out and tacked him up and fed the rest "don't worry boys you'll be fed in a few"

i roll over sleeping

i call the house phone and waited for her to answer it.

i reach for the phone groggy "hello?"

i smiled "hey baby get dressed, in riding clothes and come out here please?"

i yawn "ok i'll be down there in a sec" i hand up and get dressed and walk down to the barn yawning

i smiled and looked at her holding both horses "there's my beautiful girl"

i smiled and looked at the horses "were going for a ride?"

"a long one." i smiled "i hired someone her name is Kiena and she's going to take care of things till we get back" i handed her Ace's reins

i smile and nod "oh i see" i take the rains and get on ace

i smiled got on Duke and looked at her and started troting for the woods

i smile and have ace trot beside duke

i looked at her and smiled "i missed you hon."

i smile "i missed you to" i reach over and snag his hat at put it on

i laughed "and where's your hat?"

i look at him "i told you i couldnt find it"

"that's right." i sighed "i'll get you a new one when i sell the old cattle off this week"

i look at him "its ok i'll buy it if you help me pick it out" i grin

i looked at her "alright. i'd buy it for ya myself but i just had a major thing to buy the month and i'm still recovering from it."

i smiled "i dont mind buying a hat" i look at him "really what?"

"you'll see." i grined and kicked Duke into a canter then gallop
